United Nations Council for Local Earth Space
UNCLES started out as the U.N. of earth circa the 2000’s. It has expanded its charter to include “NearSpace” or the Local Earth Space. This space is roughly 30 parsecs by 30 parsecs. See the NearSpace Map.
The Council is lead by the Chancellor.
The Chancellor is elected by the collection of the Nations Ambassadors (VP’s)
The Chancellor can be REPLACED with a 51% vote of the Council (with rank modifiers).
