Stellar Command. The Muscle behind UNCLES. In charge of UNCLES fleets with the direction to “Protect and Serve”.
SCMD is a “Charter” under the UNCLES council.
Each Member Nation must donate and support one fleet to be under the command of SCMD and its Marshall.
The Collection of Fleets that come from the Member Nations are what is used to protect Earth and Earth’s interests within NearSpace.
Responsible for the protection and operation of Comm Satellites and Comm Stations throughout NearSpace (Jupiter and inwards to Sol)
